Welcome to TidyPro13Cleaning! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.


1. Services Overview

TidyPro13Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces. Our service offerings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or modify our services at any time without notice.


2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as applicable) has been received.
  • Cancellations: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.
  • Late Arrival Policy: In case of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Clients are expected to be available within the scheduled time frame.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices quoted are based on the scope of work specified in the booking. Additional tasks or areas not included in the initial scope may incur extra charges.
  • Payments: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Late Payments: Invoices that are not paid within the agreed terms may incur additional fees.

4. Specific Service Conditions

We have specific guidelines regarding certain services and areas. Please note:

  • Excluded Areas: In the basic quote, grout, mould, ceilings, garage door, and garage walls are not included. These are considered extra services and are subject to additional charges.

  • No Guarantee for Pre-Damaged Items: We do not guarantee cleaning results on pre-damaged or uncleanable areas, as documented in pictures sent via email before the cleaning appointment. We will make every effort to improve such areas, but no guarantees are provided.

  • Free Reclean Policy: Should any issues related to the quoted cleaning areas appear on the exit report from your agent, we offer one free reclean within 5 days (referred to as the “notice period”) of the initial cleaning.

  • Reclean Fees Post Notice Period: If the issue arises after the 5-day notice period, a fee of $125 will apply for any reclean requests.


5. Liability and Damages

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: TidyPro13Cleaning is not liable for any damages to property or belongings resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to damaged, old, or fragile items.
  • Limited Liability: We take care to provide a safe and effective cleaning service. However, we are not liable for any damages exceeding the cost of the cleaning service rendered.
  • Personal Items: Clients are responsible for securing valuables and personal items. We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items left in the cleaning areas.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at any time if we deem that the service cannot be completed safely or effectively, or if the client’s behavior is hostile or inappropriate. Clients will be refunded for any unrendered services if termination is initiated by TidyPro13Cleaning.


7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of our services following any updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
